She's known by the names of Jen Scotts (Power Rangers Time Force) Ted Mosby's older sister Heather (How I met Your Mother) as well as Kendra Burke (Saving Grace). Her most prominent role was as Felicity in Red Widow, an ABC series Red Widow. She is the female first lead character in the Call of Duty series as Chloe Karma Lynch for Call of DutyBlack Ops II, and Rebecca Chambers for Resident EvilVendetta. Marcus Coloma was her boyfriend. She got married to Paul Freeman back in 2016. Lauren Cahill was her sister. Cahill was birthed from Stafford Virginia. At age 4 she began acting in local productions at the high school her mother directed. At age 8 she was singing and dancing in classes. Miss Pre-Teen Virginia, 1991. Her acting continued throughout her time in high school at Brooke Point High School where she was the head of several clubs, such as that of the Honor Thespians group. Cahill, a junior in high school, was the sole student from her class to receive flawless scores in all phases of auditions for the Governors School for the Arts. She was 16 when she won Overall Actor in the Actors Models Talent for Christ competition. The competition also included in the Barton and Williams Dance Company with the company, and was awarded both awards. Marymount Manhattan College offered her a full scholarship for both the performing arts and academics following her graduation from high school in 1998. In 1998 she graduated from college, and went on to pursue a profession acting full-time with the city of Los Angeles.
