Pickler grew up in a challenging environment. She was abandoned by her mother at the age of two years old to avoid the abuse of her partner. Pickler was brought back to her mom in the year 1995, when she was appointed the custodian. It didn't work out as planned. Pickler, then 12, was returned to her parents by justices. They took care of her till she was old enough to be an adult. Pickler had to be busy with her young children in absence of her parents. Pickler stated that time was limited and she learned how to take care of her family at a young age. Pickler was a cheerleader in the middle and high school she attended.
